An Indiana University MFA coursework project to promote the Hamilton Wood Type Museum. The concept was to improve the museum facility resources and budget by creating a promotional/awareness campaign. Selected wood type specimens would be digitized and sold through various promotional pieces, such as this font booklet. The font booklet highlights the history of the museum and wood type.

The cover and each spread was laser-printed on Mohawk superfine paper. I used various wood type fonts and sizes for letterpressing the cover and each right-facing spread to achieve a varnished-typeface appearance to give it an authentic feel. The 10-page booklet was perfect bound by hand.
